Is it healthier and is there less fat if I made my own little pizza?

I used to make pizza from english muffins,pizza sauce, and shredded packaged cheese. Is there less fat from regular pizza at a Pizza Hut or Domino’s?

    Most likely. almost anything homemade is better than from a fast food restaurant.

    Absolutely! However, I have no idea what kind of English muffin you are using, so I can’t help you with the caloric information (as well as the other products you put on it). I do know though, that if you go to both Pizza Hut and Domino’s site, you can pull up the nutritional information. In my opinion, if you get a thin crust vegetable pizza from either and don’t overdue it on eating too many slices (no more than 3) they are not all that bad.

    If you don’t want to use English muffins, you can find recipes to make your own wholegrain dough, or can go to health stores and they sell just the crust, and you can add your own sauce, cheese, and anything else you would like.

    oh yes! you wont have all those oils and excess fats that you get from resturants and it tastes fresher!
