I,m on a diet, were doing a competition at work, need some answers?

I’ve been doing a low calorie diet at about 1250 cals a day. At night I get so hungry I ate a snack pack of cookies, but when I got up this morning there was 3 packs on my floor next to my bed! I ate in my sleep!!! What should I do?

    First do not eat after 7:00. For breakfast eat scrambled eggs and bacon no toast. Lunch eat a salad with tuna. Dinner cut down your portions, minimize pasta, breads, and all sweets. Chicken breast best way to go.
