I have 4 months to lose weight. Any advice on foods that might boost metabolism?

I am 30 pounds overweight and I plan to visit my mom. I have not seen her in over 6 years so I do want to look my best! I just need any advise besides go to the gym or go run. Yes that is good advise but I need help on the food part because I tend to eat way too much sugar. I need better food replacements for candy, cookies and fast food!

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    Breakfast-Cheerios (1 cup of it) and milk(1 cup) and a banana.
    Snack-10 calorie jello
    Lunch-turkey on light white bread, carrots, pineapple, and pretzles.
    snack-100 calorie snack
    dinner-What ever my family had that night, except half the portion and add a salad and fruit so you get full.

    OH and drink one full cup of water before everything you eat. this way you will feel hungry sooner and your skin will have more moisture so it will bounce back, rather than sag.

    you just want to be at 1000-1100 calories a day and 20 grams of fat and 40 minutes of exercise!

    you want to burn more than you take in!

    example of exercise-
    squats (reallly good for you, does not make you have huge thighs, really tones your bum)
    Stair stepping
    Crunches
    Dancing
    riding a bike
    a long walk.

    Lose weight fast

    Four months is just the right amount of time. Start by eating within an hour of waking up. Then make sure you are eating 5 small meals a day. Finally EXERCISE!!!! All cardio. You will look great!

    Protein. Try deli meats and cheese as snacks instead! It helps me. Try the south beach diet sandwiches or even the deli creations! they are somewhat pricey but cheaper than fast food. This should help you increase your metabolism

    To really increase your metabolism make your meals smaller and eat 5 times a day. It makes your metabolism constantly work, instead of just at three big meals a day. Do things like eat half Of a sand which at noon and then the other half at 2. it really works. This and drink water. Always have a bottle of water with you and drink it constantly. This along with exercises will work like magic.

    I don’t know about metabolism, but lately when I need a quick snack between meals I go to the fridge and get a handful of lettuce! It’s not much, but I really think it tricks my body into thinking I actually ate something w/ fat or sugar. I hear the 5 small meals a day thing works well (much easier to not cheat w/ snacking), but my schedule can’t work w/ that.

    Lastly, SUNSHINE. It’s probably just mental, but when it’s sunny (winter or summer) I have so much more energy. Take advantage of the sun when it’s out!
