<p>Well I hope somebody could give me a good diet or an advice.. I know that find the perfec diet is really difficult because it depends of the person but this is my start to find it. </p>

I am NOT asking for people to preach to me about the dngers of ephedra, caffeine, or aspirin.  I am asking if anyone has tried this and what their results were?  I&#8217;m wanting to kick up my weight loss a bit, and also increases my energy.  (That strong burst of energy from cutting carbs has recently started to deminish). The Diabetes Association won&#8217;t be interested in Atkins, but to me it&#8217;s the most logical way to control diabetes. And even dr. Atkins says NOT to go overboard on fats. I have read the first book and could about recite it to you, I was just wondering about the Diabetes book as I&#8217;ve not totally read that one yet.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;ve really read the Atkins book, then you know that the body makes it&#8217;s own cholesterol, it&#8217;s not gotten fully from the fats we eat.
